Hi everyone,


i want everoyne to to how bad of experinec I had at this office. The staff there was awfully not helpful at all. They provided horrible customer service to me. starting with I made an appointment for my son last year sometime in November of '08, they gave me an appointment for March of '09, then they called me to reschedule and gave me another appointment for May!!! then I took my son and they reschedule me. I undersatnd that this might be a busy office but...there is no excuses for this type of service. I am extrmelly unhappy with this. And if wasnt becuase i work and the next provider for my son is in SLO because he's only 2 years old and needs to be seen by this Dentist i would take him somewhere else. Since the first time the reshedule was because the Dentist's wife was having a baby and was going to be out of the office foe 2 months!!!! I think this was very inconsiderate, they should've have called and saw my son before that time or not reschedule this at all!
