I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. The worst part of my expirience was that I had to wait over 2 hours for the Dentist to come in and tell me that I needed a root canal, which I knew already... thats why I went, I was refereed to synergy for a root canal. Then get this after the extensive wait the Dentist knew I was in pain and said "I have no time to do this today, I have not even eaten lunch yet and I have 3 patients I am working on at the same time? Are you kidding me. This is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever been to. One guy walked out cursing at the Dentist after he waited for 3 hours and the dentist told him he could not fit him in. Give me a break. I would not go to see this guy if he paid me, not only that but he overcharges for bad work.
