Dr. Rosquist was just rude to me because his employees do not return the patients phone calls. He saw me for free in the lobby out of his own will and I did not ask him to because I had just changed i nsurances and his rude receptionist would not let me go back and I was appreciative of it and thanked him. I had been calling for 2 days and they never called me back after assuring they would. I have been a life long patient and have never been a problem. I did not say I was an emergency and they told him it was when I was trying to get ahold of him. He told me he was going to return my call The first day and did not. The office at cypress creek was very rude. I am no obama crying person I pay my taxes work my ass off and respect everything's law abiding. Do not be rude actually care for your patients. I will only assure all other that this is now not a good doctors office as it was as I was growing up. You need to get some real nurses back in there and not these assistants and rude receptionist that don't even have a real degree. If he didn't want to see me for free then all he had to say was pay the $85 because I always have when I didn't have insurance and had no problem with it because my health is important regardless of the insurance industry being destroyed. It was his choice to see me for free so he needs to hold to it and then take care of his employees. This office and his others are now horrible and need to be addressed.
