In seven years of visiting this practice I believe I may have only met the doctor once. I am only guessing that he has no idea how poorly run this establishment is. The staff can be quite rude and s eem very uncaring about their patients and their well-being.
Consistently I get asked to book a follow up appointment for four months down the road upon completing an exam, and then get told that their system is not capable of booking out that far? Huh?? I would have guessed that with's today's software and other little tools such as calendars this wouldn't be a concern.
They very rarely answer the phone during the day and I honestly believe I can count up to at least 6 or 8 phone messages that have been left, and never once returned.
When they contact me to follow up on test results, they refuse to give me any information over the phone but instead insist on making a follow up appointment. I have returned on occasion only to hear that my results were good. Sounds like a great money-making scheme to me.
My wife recently advised that she may have the need to look for another provider due to their lack of service. They simply responded by closing her file and telling her that she was no longer welcome back. Must be nice to have so much business coming in your door that you can afford to turn it away. As a result, they have now lost all five family members as we will be going elsewhere in the future.
Drs. Rosequist and Watkins have been my doctors for over 25 years and they have been absolutely wonderful. They have great compassion and give you the time you need. They, and their entire staff, ha ve my best interests in mind and go out of their way to make even the yucky stuff more pleasant. They keep up on the latest research and are always looking for more ways to help their patients and improve their care. They are everything a family physician should be. Genuinely concerned about you, knowledgeable and supportive.
