My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but should you have to change your schedule or have a question, the staff is upset to do work, get an attitude or even hang up, not willing to help in any way.
Rescheduled appointments will not get updated in the system so you may or maynot get feed.
I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant The staff used to pick on eack other. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. The provider him self never listened to my concerns, got insulting at pints and jumped to conclusions getting mad at other providers on ragular basis, leaving the room for phone calls.
If you dont want to take his pills he gets snappy and angry. Short: take the pills or get outta here.
