I couldn't believe how great their office looked. The office looked completely remodeled since my last appointment. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. Dr. Jones and his staff are friendly and family-oriented. I usually seen by the doctor or hygienist almost very shortly after I arrive. I don't need to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only has great things to say about working there, and I always have a pleasant experience.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
