WOULD NOT LET MY WORST ENEMY GO TO DR. JAMES PENNA

Dr. James Penna is incompetent. He put crowns on my lower front teeth but made the crowns too long. When he tried to correct the problem he created with his incompetence, he made the tops of my front teeth very visably black. As a direct result of his incompetence, one of my front teeth became loose. This, in turn, required that I had to have extensive restorative work that has been ongoing for over a year, including bone grafts and tooth implants, root canals, all of which cost me thousands of dollars. Dr. Penna refused to pay these costs that were incurred solely as a result of his incompetence. However, he agreed to provide the new crowns that were needed after the restorative work at no additional cost. Even so, the other restorative work that was needed solely as a result of Dr. Penna's incompetence and for which he refused to pay cost me thousands of dollars. Moreover, after agreeing to provide the new crowns that I needed solely as a result of his incompetence at no additional cost to me, Dr. Penna demanded over $2,500 while he was in the middle of doing the new crowns as a condition of his continuing. I guess Dr. Penna means no cost to himself when he offers to fix a problem caused by his incompetence at not cost because he extorted money from me to pay his costs and a profit to him. To make matters worse, when he put the new crowns on, he broke one of the implants that I needed as a result of his prior incompetence. As a direct result of Dr. Penna's incompetence during the second go around, I am again facing the need for extensive and expensive restorative work. He has refused to pay for this. However, he did offer to redo the crowns again at no cost. Haha, last time no cost was over $2,500 out of my pocket and into his pocket. Additionally, Dr. Penna promised he would and did use crowns that were all porcelain. He lied. He used porcelain over metal crowns. In any event, the first time shame on you; the second time, shame on me; the third time, I must be crazy and should be institutionalized. No, I am not crazy enough to let Dr. Penna have an opportunity to do more damage to my teeth so he can extort more money from me. Regardless of the fact that Dr. Penna has refused to give me his license number, I am reporting him to the State licensure board, and I hope they will revoke or suspend his license so that others will be protected form his incompetence. I would not let my worst enemy, let alone a friend, go to Dr. Penna. I sent this review to Dr. Penna for comment and he did not respond.
