My appointments never get canceled last minute, but I have to make those appointments. Being my primary physician, they have never taken the time out of their day to send me a reminder of annual physicals so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable when an appointment is made. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions regarding referrals. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their referral person and that person would never return phone calls. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. This is most annoying since they completely close their ENTIRE OFFICE for the whole day in the middle of the week. (Who does that?). I was able to relax during my appointment here. Dr Avni is a very warm, kind and responsive doctor who makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I can overlook his office management style because of his caring personality and the quality of his care.
