They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Never Ever go to this place ever!! Went in for a complementary orthor visit and they signed me up for braces. I called 4 times to straighten out the billing and they sent me to collections

They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Some of what they said was accurate, but not all.
