The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
