I made two appointments at this office and never once saw a dentist. I went in person each time and confirmed my appointments with the receptionists. During my first appointment I came in and was told that I had never made an appointment. It was extremely annoying, but I rescheduled anyway. I thought it could have been a simple error. I came in for my second appointment and they again didn't have me down for an appointment. They said a former dentist had taken all the files. They wanted me to reschedule yet again, but at that point I did not want to trust them with my teeth. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Just as a side note, I picked this dentist because it was only a short walk from my house.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. My care provider may have left this practice. If that is the case I may be looking for a new provider if the established dentist is not taking new patients.
