I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
