I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
