The only thing that I can say is that the older lady who is an RDA who wears glasses is such a NIIIIICE lady. She is gentle, soft spoken, and she is very welcoming. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and knows her job. When I go back, I pray that she is my assistant because she does a very good job at explaining things and how I can follow through with my dental issues. I think her name is Lupe.

They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
