I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
