They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. one of the most important thing in a office is the front desk is were everything starts. in this office i didn't feel welcome in particular from the register area from the general visit for orthodo the were very friendly. the dental assistant from the from desk didn't pay attention when i came due to there personal conversation and eating cake had make my self notice, after the assistant had to help me she was not with a friendly aptitude.one more thing when i was in the back with ortho this assistant are so unprofessional that they were talking regarding food from there pot lot. they were saying that they had to be careful with one of the co-worker because he gets more food than what he suppose to and also to not let him do his job because he this he do everything in this site that is so not professional and no team work at all. the Dr was very friendly. this happened in hunting park.

Polite, welcoming, and incredibly friendly are just some of the words I would use to describe them. Whenever I come here I always feel valued and important. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
