They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They were cold and unwelcoming here. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
