They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to find a psychiatrist for my son, knowing this office will not even see him for a patient acceptance consultation until AFTER his 18th birthday, only 8 weeks away, could not make an appointment now, even after stating it would take 4-6 weeks to fit into a schedule. Since I work in the mental health field and have in the past referred patients to Dr. Hunt's office, I am very disappointed. The staff person answering the phone was polite enough but not helpful, certainly didn't attempt to even hear my questions and concerns. My son is Bipolar and a long history of trauma-related anxiety. I can't spend a period of time with him not having adequate psychiatric supervision. So, thanks for nothing. I'll find him a psychiatrist elsewhere. I'll also make referrals elsewhere.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
