My first appt. with this Dr. was a joke. They were learning a new computer system, so I had all these computer people in the room with the Dr. She was unhappy about learning new system so kept talking to them about it instead of trying to talk to me. It was my first visit and while she got my background, the focus was on the rep getting it into the new computer and not on me. I left very unhappy, but had made another appt. I was called several weeks later to go in and get an ultrasound that I did not ask for, nor did I know about the appt. as no one ever told me. When I left that test appt. I stood at the reception desk for 15 minutes waiting to see if I had a co-pay and no one ever came out. I cancelled the next appt and got a new Dr. I just received a claim from my insurance that this original Dr. submitted a claim for the appt. I cancelled and did not go to.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
