I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
