I saw Erika Mcgee the black female dentist. She came across as completely unprofessional and speaks like a person off the street. She wore these really old tennis shoes, really are times that tough that you can't even afford a decent pair of shoes and look somewhat clean. I'm really not sure where she went to school, but talking to her she probably went to an all black college. When I go to a dental office I want a professional and not a person who is speaking to me like we are girlfriends. What was more unprofessional is that I could hear her talking about her other patients, very unprofessional. Anyways this was the worst part was she said I needed 3 crowns and 4 fillings, but when I got a second opinion, they said my teeth were perfect and I did not need anything. I got a printout and submitted it to their corporate office, but have not heard anything yet. Do not go here this place is absolutely terrible, and especially to this dentist.

My child has specific medical conditions and the doctors took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable. Everyone was extremely kind, the enviornment is not only clean but the set up was so great for all of my children... where was all of this stuff when I had to go to the dentist? This place makes me feel so grateful and fortunate to live in this community! They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
