Dr. Lavoie is an amazing surgeon. He goes out of his way to find the problem, to explain the problem and what the best way to deal with the problem. He is not quick to use the knife - and he lets you know what to expect if you DID do the surgery so that you have plenty of information to help make the decision and have no surprises afterwards. When I had my surgery my pain was instantly relieved. My neck and shoulders are like new after my fusion. I wish all surgeries could be this easy!

Their state-of-the-art facility offers some of the latest equipment in orthopedic surgery I have ever seen. It was such a relief to know they had such an outstanding and impressive facility. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I have recommended Dr. Lavoie to all my friends and family. I recommend him to you!

I was treated by this Doc.for my second back injury. I had just been released by the E.R. after 4 epidurals and 3 days of bed rest at home, I had my first appointment with him. The first day I asked if he had received my MRI from my first injury. He told me he had. By my third visit to him he had no idea about the existence of an MRI. "Ohh, you've had back problems before? Did they not send it" No I called to make sure that they had sent the images and that the office had received them the first day I saw the doc and the third time I saw the Doc.The MRI had literary just sat there for more than a month with out any consideration on my current diagnosis. I asked and pleaded for help on my disability because I was unable to work for 2 months. He yelled at me about not dealing with disability or workers-comp. He wasn't going to go back and go over details in his notes that he might of missed or not expanded on. I don't know if it's just because I'm young, if he just thinks I won't ever need surgery or I just didn't have enough money to make him care about me. I begged for his help. I'm the main income in my family and don't make a lot I was fighting for just 40% of a paycheck just to get by for the month. The only reason I went to him in the first place is because the back pain prevented me from riding in a car for too long. Next time I don't care if I have to ride an hour away to see my old doc. A doc who cares about YOU and isn't jaded is worth it.
