In April 2017, I visited the doctor for an exam of my teeth and X-rays and cleaning. She did cleaning and then she told me I needed to redo a filling and get two cavities taken care of. She had me come in at 3 that day instead of the scheduled 4 pm because she wanted to leave early so even though I wanted her to do everything that day she said she couldn't. Only did the cleaning. When I got home and I looked in the mirror and I look down at my bottoms teeth I saw plenty of plaque. So when I spoke with the office I said that there was still plaque thinking she would just have me come back to verify and take care if it. I was told that if I wanted to come back for her to look at it I would have to pay $40 cause now just days later, my insurance had expired. But I felt since it was her error that was not fair. She needed to correct her error. I contacted my insurance company that expired two days after I went to the dentist but I still contacted them cuz I was under insurance coverage at that time of the visit. I told them what happened and they contacted the dentist and the dentist/office told them stuff that never happened including that I told them that I did not want any treatment until after my insurance expired cause I had no money. That I didn't want any treatment until after my insurance expired cuz I had no money is a false statement, I tried to have them do the work before my insurance expired (in two days) because I didn't have any money for full amount. When they said they couldn't do it that day or before my insurance expired, I said I would schedule when I had the money. So they only did the cleaning, I didn't know that they had not done a good job until I examined it closely at home and it was just that I wanted to see how clean it was I wasn't trying to look to find fault. When my insurance Co contacted them they STATED when they contacted me and was informed how much the treatment would cost out of pocket, treatment meaning, fixing a previous filling I had done elsewhere that was leaking, and doing two cavities, that I suddenly "I" claimed I did not need these treatments and began criticizing Dr. Trans (female) work.
I never said or did these things, my speech was that I wanted the Dentist to check out the cleaning and see the plaque that was left behind.I wanted to go back and have her fix it I wanted to continue seeing her for the other work.
Concerns me they would say things that NEVER happened. They have told things that are not true and I believe, they cannot be trusted. I can accept mistakes but can't accept not telling the truth.
