I would give this no stars. Western Dental Center at 1101 Broadway in Chula Vista Calif. was the worst dental experience of my life. It was like a factory. I went in for an emergency swelling in my gum. They not only broke my $2000 bridge, but insisted that I needed $9000 + worth of work. The staff was cold and disdainful when I expressed surprise at the amount of their "diagnosis". The x-ray tech hardly spoke English and had to take over 40 (yes forty) x-rays because she complained that I "moved". How is it that I have never had trouble with dental x-rays before? I was lied to about my condition and given an inflated estimate. I asked them to tell me exactly what was wrong, then returned to the East Coast to a Harvard trained dentist who said that most of their diagnosis was sheer nonsense and did all of the necessary work for $1900. This is the worst kind of money-making outfit, and should be taken to court.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
