I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. Dr. Carrillo didn't do a good job pulling my tooth. I went to Dr. Carrillo Victor @ his Chula Vista Clinic my tooth is hurting for weeks now so he said we need to pull it out. I paid lots of money cuz I don't have insurance. After a month my jaw and tooth started to hurt again the rest of my tooth so I went to Center Oral & Facial Surgery El Cajon to look up my tooth. And they told me my wisdom tooth need to pull out so I had my surgery today after my surgery they told to my bf that's why its hurting the same spot who pulled out by Carrillo there's little tooth left so the other tooth got infected there, so they took it out as well. Dr. Carillo didn't do a good job pulling my tooth charging me bigtime and I went for a surgery because there's tiny tooth left there and the others teeth got infected. I won't recommend to family or friends.

This all started 2 months ago.
I had a cavity that was described to be "small."

After fixing my "small" cavity, I was in excruciating pain.
So he kept scheduling me to come in.
They'd remove my filling, and redo it.

He had to do it

THREE TIMES!

After almost 2 months of pain, I gave up on Dr. Carrillo and went to visit a different dentist.

It turns out that Dr. Carrillo damaged my nerve!

To top it off, there was a bacterial infection in my tooth!

So I had to get an emergency root canal.

Whatever happened to "just a small cavity?"

These have been the most uncomfortable 2 months of my life.

We will make sure to let all of my friends and family know about the AWFUL service we received here with Dr. Carrillo.

We will NEVER return to this office again.
