It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
