They are more concerned with money than their patients. Staff was nice but Dr. was inattentive and rushed - seemed only to care about how soon she could get me in again for another cleaning and/or procedure. She wanted me to come once every 3 months, yet I have no history of gum disease or any other condition that warrants more than the bi-annual exam & cleaning. Dr told me I needed lots of work but did not review the treatment plan with me in order to prioritize what needs immediate attention. I'm a college student trying to survive. Dr. didn't offer alternative payment plans or reduced rates, so she lost a potential long term customer if she'd have treated me more kindly. .These dentists want the money but none of the hassle that it'd require to actually build trustworthy relationships and a steady clientelle. Patients are seen only as potential dollar signs. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING LOOKED DOWN UPON.
Intead, TRY THE FOLLOWING:
I found Steve McComb & Tony Jewitt's office dwntwn to be SO MUCH BETTER .They care, have good hearts, and take the time to listen and to accommodate the patients and not just their pocketbooks.

ZERO stars. The only thing these dentists care about is money. My story plus others should guide you away from this dentistry practice. They do not care about their patients concerns; they only care about how much their patients can pay them.
My story: They mislead me by saying that all I needed was a filling. They didn’t do root canals, so rather than lose business by referring me straightaway to someone who did do root canals; they convinced me that all I needed was a large filling. I was in pain for 3 months after the filling they gave me. I came back three times in tremendous pain. Not only did they refuse to give me pain relief for the constant tooth pain that their procedure caused, but they misled me! Dr. Saunder’s husband (Dr. Lim) actually tried to sell me a bite guard, saying that this would end my pain. (I do not and have never suffered from bruxism.) He actually wanted to sell me a tooth guard for several hundred dollars instead of referring me to a dentist who would truly be able to help me by doing the root canal that I had needed all along! After 3 months of pain & agony, and 3 visits to them complaining of pain with no help other than to try to sell me a bite guard, I finally went to my old dentist in SF who was shocked to discover that they didn't tell me that I clearly needed a root canal! Finally, after 3 months of unceasing pain, my old & reliable dentist performed a root canal that rid me of the worthless months of pain and suffering caused by the dentists at Yellowstone.
I am not the only patient who has been unhappy. I have spoken to 4 other patients (really! I know them all bc we all live in the neighborhood in which Yellowstone Dentistry is located) who had similar bad experiences. For example, Dr. Saunders is too busy chatting w/ her assistant to notice when her patients are flinching with pain. My experience of being disregarded while clearly exhibiting signs of pain has been verified by these 4 other former patients who stopped going to Yellowstone bc of their lack of care for anything besides getting paid.
I am a kind person who does not like to speak poorly about others. However, the pain and disregard that these dentists exhibited not only towards me but towards people I know makes me angry enough to warn others not to trust them.
