There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
