I have no dental ins. I called Buena Park Dental asked how much it was for an exam, x-rays and cleaning without ins. I was told it would be $80.00. I scheduled an appointment. They were friendly when I arrived, I signed in, put my name the time and that I was there for an exam, xrays and cleaning. I was given paperwork, then charged $80.00. After a LONG wait, I was finally taken back for x-rays. Then taken to another room where the Dentist came in and informed me of what I would need done. Then another lady came in explained how much all the work would be, explained that I'd need to think about it. I just wanted to get my cleaning done, she then informed me it would be $50.00 for the cleaning. I said I paid on my way in, she informed me that I only paid for the xam and x-rays. I said no when I called and scheduled I aked the prices, she said well let's go find out. Of course the two girls at the front never scheduled my appointment. So for $80.00 you do not get the cleaning they say you do when you schedule the appointment. I would definately look someplace else and I will be getting ahold of the BBB and complain about false advertisement.
