It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The real complaint I have about Peter Wylan Dental is that Maria Galvez works there. She is a forger, likes to create fraudulent documents, accuses co-workers of embezzlement and likes to lure co-workers away from employment at Peter Wylan with false promises she never keeps. My wife worked there and was getting great benefits and then Maria Galvez, head of Marketing, conned me and my wife into thinking it would be great to go work for her business, ABC Design and Marketing. She promised my wife the same benefits she enjoyed as an employee of Peter Wylan. Then Maria Galvez denied benefits when my wife requested them. She also was uninsured when my wife wanted treatment for stress and Carpal Tunnel of her right hand. When we filed a case with the Ca. Labor Board, Maria Galvez and her husband, Sergio Galvez, forged a false document with my wife's name, to avoid liability for not giving my wife any lunch breaks during the whole nine month period she worked for this malicious and horrible excuse for a human being. Now, because my wife lost medical and dental benefits because of Maria Galvez, we are in dire straits because we have medical problems we can't address.
