Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. One thing though, you have the address wrong. Te Dr. is located at 8 Office Park Drive, Palm Coast. He is not at 33 Old Kings!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
