I have been taking my children to Dr Hall for years. She is always friendly and easy to talk to. She puts me and my children at ease and I am very glad she is our pediatrician.

The staff has always been so helpful with anything I need. They've called and made appointments for my son to see specialists. Dr. Hall on the other hand is always very snippy if I call with a question and talks to me like I have no idea what I'm talking about, or answers my questions in a "you should've known that" kind of way. Last time i tried to call her was because she wouldn't give our sons therapist a prescription for us to start therapy and i never got a call back even after I called at least 3 times! completely changing doctor offices. I love the staff there but i have never been more disrespected by a doctor in my life!
