Beware, I went here for full set of dental Implants with removable dentures, it was very obvious that they had no formal training or experience with providing this service. I felt like a Guinea Pig and was in constant pain for the duration of 2.5 years time. I went through a repeated cycle of surgery to healing to failure of implants. All bottom implants were successful and all 12 uppers failed. 4 implants each failed 3 times. Plus I paid even more than the original upfront payment of $24,000, along the way I attempted to have larger implants and bone grafts which also failed. Then when I finally called it quits and just wanted to get my finalized set of nice fitting dentures made, I was told by the new staff that I was out of luck! they refused to knowledge my initial payment made for the service!

I was told they would not be doing any charity work! Even though I paid them in full plus another $2,000, they denied me the rest of my services I paid for and would not respond to any messages I sent trying to contact their main office!
I was treated poorly and was never provided with a proper fitting upper denture during healing. I was never provided a completed set of dentures, only temporary set which the upper broke from all the holes drilled in it from all the failed implants. I'm not the only one who went through this ordeal, I've read similar accounts that happened during the same time period as I did.
I had to have my upper made at my own cost at another place plus still stuck with an ill fitting lower temp denture due to the enormous cost of making a new one.
I was ripped off and kicked to the curb, I'm currently seeking counsel to sue them for their incompetence.
