Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

After having the same dentist for 24 years in Northern California, I was nervous about finding a new dental professional near Saddlebrooke. Dr. Shaffer is a member of the community and a wonderful individual. He's very professional, relaxed and kind. His dental hygienist, Mary Beth, is the best in her field.
