Husband and I worked in healthcare over 20+ years as Directors therefore customer/patient satisfaction is top priority and mission for our staff and organization. One morning, our daughter, slipped and fell while playing at school, landing on her face chipping both her permanent front teeth. The pain was secondary to the embarrassing appearance her teeth described by her. We were referred to Dr. LeLe and Dr. Wolfman GREAT GRINS CHILDREN DENTISTRY on Fort Lowell. We called for an appointment which was arrangements to be seen within hours. We were greeted by a playful, child oriented lobby with sports and animal decorum, shelf of children books, floor chairs made for children and of course sofa's for parents. Television and many Disney movies to choose from. Lots of literature on oral hygiene care. After all the necessary paperwork, we were given a tour of the colorful and fun examination, treatment areas and bathroom. The examination beds were colorful too. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome. My daughter was preoccupied with the surroundings then her teeth. Dr. Lele introduced himself to our daughter and focused on establishing a comfortable relationship versus a sterile flat rehearsed smile. He and his assistants were very hospitable and made sure we, parents, were at ease too. Children look to their parents for courage and reassurance. Dr. Lele literally walked us through every step and solicited questions throughout each phase of examination and treatment. By the end of the appointment, my daughter had that big Ronald McDonald smile again and was extremely happy. We could not stop staring at the incredible work Dr. Lele did to restore the badly chipped teeth. They looked as though nothing happened to them. Utterly amazing. She returned to school the next day and a crowd of classmates, teachers, and parents formed around her with the same surprised expression on their faces. We were extremely pleased with the genuine, compassionate approach and customer care at GREAT GRINS. Thanks to Karen ER Nurse Director at TMC, Patti, at the academy who knew what to do with the pieces of her teeth, the entire staff and Dr. Lele, our daughter has her "Great Grin" back and feeling confident with a beautiful smile again.
