This office doesn't return phone calls. They don't bother to get back to you with your test results, even when you call to follow up. They just ignore you. I had a prescription expire and wasn't able to get it refilled correctly because the office failed to return calls. Staff members are rude and treat you like an inconvenience.

They don't actually care about their patients. Don't go here.

Richard DiGioia is an excellent primary care physician. He takes the time to explain things to you, and he is very patient. He understands and considers the mental health component beyond most Drs. He understands the role that anxiety and depressive disorders play on physical health and is excellent with appropriate references, or limited treatment of what can be considered minor-persistent. He does not overly prescribe or rely on prescriptions, especially if not indicated.
