This office is unpredictable. Sometimes I get good service and other times I do not. I have been over-charged at least twice. Each time I paid with my flex card and was then contacted by my insurance company to alert me of the over-charge. I don't know that it was anything other than disorganization but it is unprofessional. I was referred to a specialist for my son who also overcharged. Turnover for all office staff is very high. We never see the same people. When I bring in my teens the communication with the dentist is through the hygienist, which seems unprofessional to me. This time they were running late, had over-booked and had just one dentist and hygienist on staff and were annoyed with me for asking when my second child would be called back. The hygienist also appeared to be sick, coughing and sniffling. Poor communication skills for the front staff and it seems rude to schedule so many patients at the same time knowing all will be sitting for 30 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time.
