Having a fun office that kids love isn't everything. Our office takes it's responsibility seriously of making sure kids understand the importance of good oral hygiene and also taking the fear out of seeing a dentist. We provides routine checkups and cleaning, but also is equipped for all treatment needs ranging from nitrous oxide to sedation. For those children who are unable to have treatment completed at our office, we are able to provide services under general anesthesia through The Surgery Center of Casa Grande. We want to make sure all kids get the best care for their needs.
We accept most dental insurance plans, including AHCCCS plans, as well as Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Established in 1999, KID-1 Pediatric Dentistry is a dental practice geared to the special needs of children. As Casa Grande's only true pediatric dental office, our team has extensive experience and special training in dealing with children, and our equipment and supplies are all tailored to the smaller size of children. Every child's needs are special…
Infant Dental Care
A child's "dental home" should be established by the age of 12-18 months. Infant dental check-ups provide a necessary guidance at a critical time of life. We want to establish healthy smiles by providing oral hygiene instructions including diet, fluoride, oral habits and answering any questions.
Nitrous Oxide
Nitrous Oxide is a blend of two gases, oxygen and nitrous oxide. It works on the same receptors in the brain as a narcotic but for a very brief time. Allowing for pain relief and distraction. At the end of treatment it is eliminated by breathing oxygen for a short period of time with no lingering effects
Conscious Sedation
Sedation promotes a better environment for providing dental care. Sedation is the use of various medications to help increase cooperation and reduce anxiety or discomfort in dental treatment. Sedation medications cause most children to become relaxed and drowsy, not intended to make a child unconscious or unresponsive.
General Anesthesia
General anesthesia is usually indicated for children with extensive dental needs or children having special health care needs. General anesthesia is provided at The Surgery Center of Casa Grande
Digital X-rays
Digital x-rays are recommended to detect not only cavities but also diagnose and treat conditions that cannot be determined during a clinical examination. Digital x-rays use a minimal amount of radiation, and are recommended yearly unless needed more frequently due to a child's individual needs.
Fluoride
Fluoride is important in preventing cavities. Regular use of fluoride has been proven safe and effective in preventing dental cavities. Fluoride promotes remineralization of tooth structure, strengthening weakened areas from developing cavities. Fluoride can be found in many dental products such as toothpaste, mouth rinses, gels and varnish. Additional Services Pediatric Dentistry
