My experience here was terrible. The office staff was rude, insisting that I pay the office visit in full - including any tests needed- at the time of service. I explained that my copay for specialists is $35 but they kept telling me that since my deductible was not met they would not receive payment. (I was correct, they now owe me $126; my obligation was only $35). It has been a month since they received payment but they have not reimbursed me yet! The exam by Dr. Sugar was also subpar. He is condescending and does not listen very well. It was clear that he just wanted to move on to the next patient. I will never go there again and I will certainly tell my primary care doctor about my experience in an effort to have Dr. Sugar taken off of the recommended list of ENT doctors/offices.

Dr. Sugar was able to give me honest answers regarding my treatment. He was very nice and took his time to make me understand what was going on. I will recommend Dr sugar to my friends and family.
