Dr Bonheim is always great, the other doctor's bed side manners are not so great, little personalities. They paid close attention to me and most of my questions were answered for the most part. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Their nurses are rude and always seemed annoyed with the children and the one reception is awful. I have had issue with the one receptionist being rude a handful of time in the last 3 years, and now I am leaving because of it. Very upsetting, but I don't really have attachments to the doctors other then Bonheim who is great with children. It;s a shame, but the receptionist and nurses are who who have the most contact with, and they chose to work in a Pediatricians office, they should be nice to the children and parents and be more understanding. When you have a child with special needs, the last thing you need to to be uncomfortable or talked down to by your Pediatricians Office staff.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The office was easy enough to find. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
