I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I gag very easily, and he was very attentive to a special spray immediately to alow me to relax and have dentures made.I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.Dentures were ready the very next day. I have had no problem with ill fititng dentures. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.Most important, they accepted insurance. Prices were affirdable.
