I have a 9 year old post and crown that needs replacing, Dr. Ouellette recommended the most expensive procedure, oral surgery to remove the tooth and and an implant. when I inquired about less expensive procedures, such as a bridge or a partial, he was terse and condescending. We all don't have unlimited money to spend on one tooth, yet he made me feel as though I was poor white trash for questioning his advice and his demeanor suggested I was wasting his time. Total Jerk.
