I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
