I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and feel I got an economy set of dentures that was made for someone else's mouth for the so called custom price. Dr Shepheard is rude and arrogant and could not answer my questions as to why I had better suction with a set of 9 yr old dentures than his so called custom made set on the top. I ate anything I wanted and talked with them all day long without them wallowing around in my mouth. I understand the bottoms doing that I have dealt with that for decades as he stated but never a sorry set of top ones like these. The whole set is too short in the back and I get way much more food in under them. They r made so thin u can see light through them. It is sad that he is still in business and taking people's money and then trying to tell them this the way it is. Please don't go there while he is there and let him take your money for shoddy work. He does get angry when you call him out on his shoddy work. Actually I don't think he does the work he lets the girls that don't even know anything about dentistry do it. I am afraid to go back afraid they will make them worse.

They made a temporary denture that in now way could be used to eat with. When I came in for the very first adjustment Dr Shepheard told me they were fine and to accept them. When I continued to complaint that I could not shut my mouth he became angry grabbed the denture and cut off the back 2 molars on both sides with no regard as to how they would come together with the lower teeth. They were 1/3" off from hitting the lower teeth. Only a portion of one tooth on each side hit and caused all the teeth to be far apart and unusable as dentures.
Also the front teeth were shoved to the left, and the right side of the entire denture was caved inward giving the look of the actor Bruce Dern and were the size of a large man not for a female.
The second set was equally bizarre in appearance and did not come together with the bottom teeth due to way off to the outside on both sides. The third set was even more messed up. The right side was so crushed inward that the teeth did not meet. Looked like some child came in to make up the wax set up. Dr. S attempted to bully me into believing I was my fault for these bizarre dentures. I requested my money back but he refused to give back but only half and said it was in writing he could do it. If I was unhappy to sue him!
