I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. The biggest issue I have is their ability to process insurance claims in a timely manner. I have been working with their accounting office for over a year on a claim which involves two insurance companies. Their follow up practices are lacking to say the least.
