We were very happy with the fact that they Listened to all family and caregivers. They are responsive to phone calls. We feel very comfortable with this office especially the therapist.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
