They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
