Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have information that is valid. They've paid attention to my concerns, but did not believe what I told them that the specialist had told me. Every time I visit, I have to remind them about my medical history. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I was able to be fairly relaxed during my appointment here. Everyone seems nice, but a bit brusque.
