They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
