They had a couple of appealing magazines, but what I really like is the interesting patient information material they have available. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. My appointments never get canceled last minute and they are very patient with my unscheduled walk-in appts.
They are extremely reliable. They have consistent customer service Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I need. But what really matters to me is the medical care. I've been going there for years and I have found Dr Hernandez to be a very talented diagnostician. His medical help has had a major affect on my quality of life despite my numerous conditions and even when others are stumped, he figures out the problem! After years of being ignored or poorly treated by others, it has been a huge blessing to find such a clever and hard working Physician!
