They weren't very interested in spending much time with me. While I'd made an appointment to address multiple things, they'd only scheduled me for 10 minutes and told me I'd have to schedule another appointment to address my other issues. My condition was largely ignored stating it might go away on its own, but gave me a cream which may or may not help. The cream didn't help and the condition has worsened over time. I didn't go back to address the other concerns won't go back because they didn't seem to care at all.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
